Ingredients. 1 1 4.5-ounce can albacore tuna in water, drained well. 2 1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened. 3 1 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke. 4 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. 5 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 6 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. 7 3-4 dashes Tabasco sauce. 8 1/2 teaspoon regular or smoked paprika (with a little extra to sprinkle on top)

In a large bowl, MIX all ingredients together using a hand mixer. TASTE and ADJUST seasoning to taste. SERVE with saltine crackers. Be SUPER CAREFUL adding liquid smoke to this recipe.
